Projects & Our Impact

We don't just execute projects — we measure, verify, and report real impact.

Project Monitoring & Evaluation Framework

Baseline Assessment

Before any intervention—whether for IDP support or community development—we conduct a baseline
study to identify the specific needs of the target population. This ensures our goals are S.M.A.R.T. (Specific,
Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound).

Real-Time Monitoring

Using digital data tools, our project teams track daily progress. For example, during medical outreaches,
we record demographics, services provided, and immediate outcomes to ensure we are reaching the intended
beneficiaries efficiently.

Financial Verification

Every project expense is cross-referenced with physical deliverables. Our Scribe and Treasurer verify
that the resources deployed (food items, medical supplies, or training materials) match the financial
reports submitted to donors.

Impact Reporting & Feedback

Post-project, we produce a comprehensive *Impact Report*. This includes:
Quantitative Data: (e.g., "700+ individuals treated," "90 households fed").
Qualitative Stories: Case studies and testimonials from beneficiaries.
Financial Reconciliation: A transparent breakdown of fund utilization.
Lessons Learned: An honest assessment of challenges and how they were mitigated for future scalability.
