Chief Ugochukwu brings a "built-to-last" philosophy to the club’s humanitarian missions.
Under his leadership, his firms have delivered thousands of square feet of critical infrastructure
in Nigeria’s major cities.

A dedicated philanthropist, he has a proven history of community intervention, notably providing food security
for over 90 households during the COVID-19 pandemic and establishing educational scholarship funds. His vision
ensures the club’s projects remain sustainable, scalable, and impact-driven.

Onyeka Benjamin Nwonu

Monk / Vice President

Expertise: Regulatory Compliance, Revenue Protection, Public Policy

With over 15 years of experience in the Nigerian Federal Public Service,
Mr. Nwonu is a seasoned enforcement and compliance specialist. Currently serving
as an Assistant Chief Administrative Officer, he is an expert in federal regulations
and revenue intelligence.

His background in *Digital Transformation* and **International Human Resource Management:
ensures that the club’s internal operations meet global standards of accountability.
A certified Humanitarian Ambassador and specialist in Disaster Management (IOSH),
Mr. Nwonu provides the regulatory oversight necessary to manage large-scale international
grants and inter-agency collaborations.

Mr. UchennaUdeichi

Treasurer

Expertise: Integrity, Banking Operations, and Fiduciary Risk

Mr. Udeichi is a veteran of the financial services industry with nearly 20 years of experience.
Currently the Managing Director of Consumer Microfinance Bank, he specializes in financial
inclusion and strategic leadership. His role as Treasurer guarantees that the club maintains
rigorous financial reporting, transparent fund disbursement, and prudent asset management—key requirements
for international donor confidence.

Kelechi Nnadi

Scribe / Secretary

Expertise:Human Rights, Anti-Trafficking, and Asset Valuation

Mr. Nnadi serves with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), where he
specializes in anti-human trafficking and irregular migration efforts. His dual expertise
as a professional Estate Valuer and a security specialist allows the club to navigate the complex
social dynamics of IDP support and community rehabilitation. He ensures that all administrative records
and investigative actions are conducted with a focus on human safety and legal accuracy.

Barrister Ikechukwu Donald Odanwu, LL.M

Legal Advisor

Expertise: International Law, Mediation, and Corporate Consultancy

Assistant Chief Administrative Officer with 15+ years in Federal Public Service. Expert in compliance, revenue intelligence, and policy enforcement.

Barrister Odanwu is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Fellow of the International
Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). With a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University
of Abuja and years of experience within the Federal Ministry of Justice, he provides the club with a robust legal
framework. His expertise ensures that all international partnerships, MoUs, and constitutional amendments align with
both local statutes and international humanitarian law.

To ensure the highest level of fiduciary integrity and project success, *The Cathedral Gentlemen’s Club
operates under four key governance pillars:
Multisectoral Expertise: Our leadership combines high-level experience from the Nigerian Federal Public Service,
the Banking sector, Law Enforcement, and the Legal profession. This ensures that every project is vetted for
regulatory compliance, financial viability, and security.
Fiduciary Rigor: With a professional banker serving as Treasurer, we implement international accounting
standards, including multi-level approval processes for all fund disbursements and quarterly financial audits.
Regulatory & Ethical Alignment: Our Board includes specialists in International Law and Public Sector Ethics.
We operate with a zero-tolerance policy regarding malpractice and ensure all interventions align with the *United Nations
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Evidence-Based Impact:We leverage data analytics and digital surveillance (managed by our Vice President and Secretary)
to track project milestones in real-time, providing donors with transparent, verifiable reports on every Naira or Dollar spent.

Financial Oversight: :* Our treasury is managed by a veteran banking professional,
ensuring that all funds are subject to rigorous accounting controls. Every disbursement requires multi-level
authorization and is reconciled against project milestones.
Zero-Tolerance Policy: We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any form of financial
malpractice, bribery, or corruption. Our Legal Advisor and Internal Auditor ensure that all operations comply with
Nigerian law and international best practices.
Open Books: We are committed to providing "open-book" access to accredited grant donors.
This includes detailed financial reports, bank statements related to project accounts, and independent
audit summaries upon request.
Conflict of Interest:To maintain the sanctity of our mission, all board members and executive officers
are required to sign an annual Conflict of Interest disclosure, ensuring that the club’s resources are never used for personal
