Chief Ike Ugochukwu is a distinguished entrepreneur and the Founder/CEO of Epifanio Resources Ltd
and Epifanio Technologies Ltd. With a career rooted in real estate development and turnkey construction,
Chief Ugochukwu brings a "built-to-last" philosophy to the club’s humanitarian missions.
Under his leadership, his firms have delivered thousands of square feet of critical infrastructure
in Nigeria’s major cities.
A dedicated philanthropist, he has a proven history of community intervention, notably providing food security
for over 90 households during the COVID-19 pandemic and establishing educational scholarship funds. His vision
ensures the club’s projects remain sustainable, scalable, and impact-driven.
Monk / Vice President
Expertise: Regulatory Compliance, Revenue Protection, Public Policy
With over 15 years of experience in the Nigerian Federal Public Service,
Mr. Nwonu is a seasoned enforcement and compliance specialist. Currently serving
as an Assistant Chief Administrative Officer, he is an expert in federal regulations
and revenue intelligence.
His background in *Digital Transformation* and **International Human Resource Management:
ensures that the club’s internal operations meet global standards of accountability.
A certified Humanitarian Ambassador and specialist in Disaster Management (IOSH),
Mr. Nwonu provides the regulatory oversight necessary to manage large-scale international
grants and inter-agency collaborations.
Administrative & Financial Stewardship
Treasurer
Expertise: Integrity, Banking Operations, and Fiduciary Risk
Mr. Udeichi is a veteran of the financial services industry with nearly 20 years of experience.
Currently the Managing Director of Consumer Microfinance Bank, he specializes in financial
inclusion and strategic leadership. His role as Treasurer guarantees that the club maintains
rigorous financial reporting, transparent fund disbursement, and prudent asset management—key requirements
for international donor confidence.
Scribe / Secretary
Expertise:Human Rights, Anti-Trafficking, and Asset Valuation
Mr. Nnadi serves with the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), where he
specializes in anti-human trafficking and irregular migration efforts. His dual expertise
as a professional Estate Valuer and a security specialist allows the club to navigate the complex
social dynamics of IDP support and community rehabilitation. He ensures that all administrative records
and investigative actions are conducted with a focus on human safety and legal accuracy.

Assistant Chief Administrative Officer with 15+ years in Federal Public Service. Expert in compliance, revenue intelligence, and policy enforcement.
Barrister Odanwu is a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and a Fellow of the International
Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). With a Master of Laws (LL.M) from the University
of Abuja and years of experience within the Federal Ministry of Justice, he provides the club with a robust legal
framework. His expertise ensures that all international partnerships, MoUs, and constitutional amendments align with
both local statutes and international humanitarian law.

malpractice, bribery, or corruption. Our Legal Advisor and Internal Auditor ensure that all operations comply with
